What due date should I use?
The due date is the day your payment must be received by the payee, not including your grace period. The due date is usually located in the bill you receive in the mail from the payee.

How far in advance should I set up a payment to insure it is paid on time?
The determining factor will be based on the ability to pay on an "electronic basis" vs "check payment." Many vendors will be able to be paid on an electronic basis, which is the fastest method. If a vendor does not accept electronic payments, a check will be issued and mailed to that vendor. You will have access to this information when you set up your vendors.
Electronic payments should be made 4 business days prior to the due date of the payment.
Check payments should be scheduled 10 business days in advance of payment due date to allow time for check processing and mailing.
*NOTE - You may want to set up a payment to yourself so you can see how the system works.
